Beijing Wintelligence Consulting Co.,Ltd (Wintelligence) was estabilished in 2008 and co-founded by partners who graduated from Tsinghua University, including Masters of Engineering and MBAs. Currently, there are three business units: Industrial Research & Consulting, New-Media Operation, and Government & Public Affair Consulting. With 120 employees, Wintelligence has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and other places.
